CRYSTAL FAQs
Every crystal is special in its own way. In order to maintain the integrity of your crystals, please follow the steps below. ​
To charge crystals you can place them in sunlight, moonlight, bury them in soil, use vibrations from a sound bowl or use breathwork.

To cleanse your crystals you can pass them through incense or sage, place them in water, or place them in salt.

The following crystals should AVOID extended periods of time in the sunlight:
Amethyst, Ametrine, apatite, Apophyllite, Aquamarine, Auralite 23, Aventurine, Beryl, Calcite, Celestite, Chrysoprase, Citrine, Clear Quartz (can become brittle) Fluorite, Hiddenite, Kunzite, Opal, Prasiolite, Rose Quartz, Sapphire, Spirit Quartz, Smoky Quartz, Super Seven, Topaz, Turquoise, Unakite. There may be more but please research.
The following crystals should AVOID water:
Apatite, Apophyllite, Azurite, Celestite, Fluorite, Gypsum, Halite, Hematite, Labradorite, Lepidolite, Malachite, Opal, Pyrite, Selenite, Tangerine Quartz, Turquoise, and Ulexite. There are many crystals that are not listed here, please do your own research before cleansing with water. Common rule when deciding, stones that end in -ite should avoid water.
The following crystals should AVOID salt:
Crystals that end in -ite should also avoid salt. Other crystals include Hematite, Lapis Lazuli, Opal, and Pyrite. Again, research before using this method.
