If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns & Refunds: Our refund policy is 15 days after receipt of purchase. We cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition when received. The item must also be in the original packaging. Some goods are exempt from being returned, such as bath and body and customized products. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send a return prior to receiving an email confirmation. Once the return is received and inspected, Lustrum Apothecary will send an email notification stating the receipt of the returned item. We will also send notification of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are allowed. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@lustrumapothecary.com. Shipping: Our products are shipped within 2-3 business days through USPS. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions. Class Action Waiver Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER.
