Selenite is known for clarity, insight, and awareness. Meditating with selenite helps visions become clearer and sharper. Selenite is associated with the third eye chakra promoting strong intuition and psychic awareness. You can also access past lives and do past life work and healing with the stone.

Every crystal is special in its own way. In order to maintain the integrity of your crystals, please follow the steps below.
To charge crystals you can place them in sunlight, moonlight, bury them in soil, use vibrations from a sound bowl or use breathwork.
To cleanse your crystals you can pass them through incense or sage, place them in water, or place them in salt.
Some crystals should AVOID water, sunlight or salt. Please research before deciding on a charging or cleansing method.
